Once full payment is received, all design files and website content belong to the client. You will have complete ownership and control over your website, including the right to modify, transfer, or delete any content as you see fit.
All projects are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed after delivery. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns during the revision process included in your package.
Arclane retains the right to reference completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing. Client names, logos, and project screenshots may be used as case studies to showcase our work. If you prefer to remain confidential, please notify us in writing.
Arclane.io is not responsible for losses, downtime, or damages resulting from third-party integrations, client-managed hosting environments, or external services beyond our control. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes from your website.
